New Session of Moms in Motion
This 1 hour fitness class gets mom moving outside. There is light jogging/walk-running, lots of muscle strengthening and core strengthening. Must be at least 6 weeks post par-tum. Moms need to bring their own strollers, water bottle, old towel/blanket, and appropriate outdoor clothing.
Beginner Yoga
Tuesdays 1:30 pm & Fridays 10:30 am in the Fitness Corner South Studio
Learn the basics of yoga in a non-threatening environment. If you have never done yoga but are keen to give it a try or if you want to work on technique, this class is for you.
Begins May 30th ends June 27th (9 classes)
