Moms in Motion New Session Starts Feb. 10!


A fitness class that allows mom to work out with her baby.

This 1 hour class incorporates cardio, core work and light muscle conditioning. Babies must be at least 6 weeks old. Moms should bring a baby carrier or sling, baby blanket, appropriate shoes and water bottle.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:50 am
  • Starts Feb. 10 – for 8 weeks in the Fitness Corner Studio
