A fitness class that allows mom to work out with her baby. Also suitable for expectant mothers.

Have more kids? Babysitting is available!

This 1 hour class incorporates cardio, core work and light muscle conditioning. Babies must be at least 6 weeks old. Moms should bring a baby carrier or sling, baby blanket, appropriate shoes and water bottle.
