Marcia, who is a Can-Fit-Pro certified personal training specialist and group fitness instructor, has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She believes in optimizing quality of life through a healthy mind, body & spirit. Marcia’s goal is to help individuals focus on realistic goals by creating inspiring fitness programs geared toward specific needs and life styles.
Tim is a certified personal trainer with CPTN and is looking to help you improve your quality of living and lifestyle. Tim’s favourite style is an athletic based training method. Taking the principles of sports he can help you accomplish your fitness training and goals in a fun and challenging way. He can also provide overall fitness plans and strength programs based on your ability and goals. Tim has a BSc in Physical Education and lives an active lifestyle. He has taken part in many sports and his main focus as a trainer is to see you succeed in achieving your goals by encouraging and supporting you.
Holly has been the owner of Fitness Corner in Port Elgin for 19 years and in Southampton for 10 years. She has over 26 years experience in the field of fitness. Holly is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and nutritional counselor under S.P.I. and Can-Fit-Pro. She also has a Bachelor of Physical Education degree from McMaster University. Her great range of knowledge and enthusiastic personality has benefited many clients from ages 10-85.
Tiffany graduated from the Canadian Therapeutic College with diplomas in both Massage Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy. After practicing for 3 years she developed a physical setback that no longer enabled her to practice massage. Having worked in a gym for 10 years it was only time before Tiffany continued her career as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Tiffany is a certified Personal Trainer through Can-Fit-Pro. Having danced all her life Tiffany completed the British Associations of Teachers of Dance Teaching Certification when she was 18. Tiffany also became a licensed Zumba instructor in early 2011. Tiffany is constantly continuing her education by attending conferences and courses provided by the fitness industry. Tiffany specializes in rehabilitative training. With her sports injury therapy background she can assess and provide exercises to help in the healing process. Tiffany will work closely with a health care professional of your choice to come up with a program that is best for you. Tiffany can also do functional training for the general public, weight loss training, and sports specific training.
Nicole Christie is a Registered Massage Therapist and personal trainer certified through S.P.I. and Onnit. She is very active and a dedicated gym-goer herself. As a trainer she focuses on proper form and functional training and looks forward to continuing her education to better serve her clients. She hopes to build confidence in those she trains with while motivating them to set and reach their goals.
