Gentle Fit

A fun class using low impact floor aerobics.  Core/balance training as well as muscle strengthening exercises are a great addition to this 1 hour workout. It is continuous movement giving you a well rounded program with a little bit of everything.

Slow Flow Yoga

This class includes a balanced physical practice paired with breath-work, meditation, and somatic (body) awareness. It focuses on building strength and stability to allow for healthy, fluid movement. All levels are welcome, modifications are encouraged and offered.

Strictly Cycle
Sep 20 @ 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm

In this 45 minute class a beginner cyclist can workout beside a skilled athlete without feeling the need to keep up. No one knows the resistance you have on your bike. This program provides quality aerobic training. Call 1 hour prior to class to reserve a bike.
