Sculpt all muscle groups using light weights, stability balls, soft weighted balls, barres, and bands. A 45 minute all muscle, no cardio class that focuses on core stability, balance, and functional training.

ZUMBA

This is an easy Latin style dance fitness class. It is low impact with simple choreography  aimed to increase your heart rate while having plenty of fun! Absolutely no dance experience necessary.

This is an 8 week session. FREE for members, $64 plus HST for non-members.

Developed by Joseph Pilates this muscular endurance program, done totally on the floor on a yoga mat, focuses mainly on core development but also includes upper and lower body strengthening exercises.
