Bike + Upper Body + Flexibility + Fun. Join us for a 30 minute cycle workout, followed by 30 minutes of upper body & core strengthening with 15 minutes of basic yoga and stretching to finish it off. Call 1 hour prior to class to reserve a bike.

A vinyasa (power yoga) flow class incorporating specific poses targeted at stretching shoulders and hips. Done in a 35°C environment so you will work up a sweat. Bring your own mat, plus towel and water bottle.
Need more challenge on the step? This class is for you. The music is just a little faster and the choreography just a little harder but this class will fly by and give you a great workout.
A fun class using low impact floor aerobics. Core/balance training as well as muscle strengthening exercises are a great addition to this 1 hour workout. It is continuous movement giving you a well rounded program with a little bit of everything.
Developed by Joseph Pilates this muscular endurance program, done totally on the floor on a yoga mat, focuses mainly on core development but also includes upper and lower body strengthening exercises.
This class includes a balanced physical practice paired with breath-work, meditation, and somatic (body) awareness. It focuses on building strength and stability to allow for healthy, fluid movement. All levels are welcome, modifications are encouraged and offered.
